Rebecca’s Bakery & Cafe is a wonderful place! Their coffee is amazing, the breakfast is always fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Honestly, a day without visiting feels like a day incomplete. Highly recommend this cozy cafe!

Met the roaster with a smile and a handshake! Excellent coffee market prices are below what the quality was that I experienced. Thank you for the time and I look forward to future visits! Next time definitely going to try some more baked goodies. Wish I had room for more currently!

I’ve been coming here for a while and this is easily one of the best bakeries in town. The cakes are always fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care you can really taste the difference. The service is just as amazing. The young woman who helped me was so kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell this business is run with love and pride, and it shows in everything they do. Highly recommend supporting this local gemyou won’t be disappointed!

We came upon this bakery by chance while waiting for Coastal Seafood to open. The iced mocha was delicious and I loved the Millefaglie. It was perfectly flaky and creamy. The wedding cookie was very hard and difficult to eat but I’d try again. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the colorful walls created a fun vibe. They had a plethora of interesting baked goods and the whole cakes were gorgeous.

Rebecca's has some of the best espresso and pastries I've had in the Twin Cities, with some of their Italian treats tasting better than the ones I've eaten in Italy. Their savory food is also fantastic, with their sambusas and ful two of my favorites. Their in-house frozen lasagnas are delicious and a great take-and-bake option. The owners are wonderful. The atmosphere is nice, although the seating area is limited but I am still usually able to find a spot.

A new branch just opened at 4th Street in Dinkytown. The owner gave us all free mocha cake and apricot cookies. It was just the right level of rich without leaving you lethargic. It’s delicious! Will buy my birthday cake from here!

We LOVE this place. Fun to have a local shop that we can go for a quick coffee & pastry or full on Ethiopian breakfast. The people who run it are so kind and even remembered me after just one visit. Service is great and you can't go wrong with what you order. Amazing fusion of Italian and Ethiopian cuisine. The chocolate croissants are to die for and we even bought delicious vegan teff almond cookies - so so good, must try!

Absolutely a neighborhood Gem. Family owned and operated with the BEST cake and service! We called to get a Graduation cake last minute and not only did they have a fresh cake, they decorated and personalized it. They waved to us from the front door to help us find their cafe. What a wonderful family and Bakery and Cafe. Thank you!!!!

Rebecca's Bakery and Cafe is fantastic! The coffee, cappuccinos and lattes are great... But the pastry selection is beyond extraordinary. The pastries are as delicious as they are beautiful. The dessert selection is vast - including authentic Italian desserts: beautiful fruit tarts, cakes, canollis, cream puffs, baklava, numerous cookies, full size gorgeous cakes and much more. There is also a savory menu, which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The variety goes from croissant breakfast sandwich, omelet, pancakes, to spaghetti and meatballs, bistec encebollado and more. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful!
